Annie Leibovitz defends her Vanity Fair portrait of 15-year-old Miley Cyrus: “I’m sorry that my portrait of Miley has been misinterpreted,” says Leibovitz in a statement issued Monday. “Miley and I looked at fashion photographs together and we discussed the picture in that context before we shot it. The photograph is a simple, classic portrait, shot with very little makeup, and I think it is very beautiful.”

Hillary Challenges Obama

Hillary Clinton challenged Barack Obama to an un-moderated debate today. She said, “Just the two of us, going for 90 minutes, asking and answering questions, we’ll set whatever rules seem fair.”

Obama declined the offer, stating that they’ve already had 21 debates. He did say that he is “more than happy to consider something after Indiana and North Carolina”.

Is he worried about debating Hillary without a moderator?

Seven Cloned Labs named Toppy

Seven cloned lab puppies have been unveiled by the The Korean Customs Service. They are all called Toppy (tomorrow’s puppies).

National Geographic: “cloned from a skilled drug-sniffing canine in active service a test to see if duplicates could reduce the difficulty and expense of finding dogs qualified to detect drugs and explosives, officials say.”
